Terms of Service
By scheduling or using Wellklean services, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are in place to ensure clear communication, quality service, and a positive experience for both parties.

Service Scope
Wellklean provides residential cleaning services based on the selected service type (Standard Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In/Move-Out, or other agreed services). Services are limited to the tasks listed on our official service checklist. Any service outside the checklist may require additional time, approval, and pricing.

Access to the Home
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time, including access codes, keys, or garage entry. If our team is unable to access the home or is turned away at the door, the service may be charged in full.

Service Time & Results
Cleaning services are performed within the scheduled time frame. Results depend on the condition of the home, the selected service type, and the time allotted. Homes with excessive buildup or conditions beyond normal maintenance may require a Deep Cleaning or additional time.

Arrival Window
Wellklean schedules cleanings within a service window, typically between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. While we aim to arrive at the scheduled time, traffic, weather, prior jobs, or unforeseen circumstances may affect arrival times.

Supplies & Equipment
Wellklean provides standard cleaning supplies and equipment. Clients who request specific products or have sensitivities must notify us in advance and provide those products if required.

Pets
For the safety of pets and our team, all pets must be secured during the cleaning service. Wellklean is not responsible for pets escaping, injury to pets, or disruptions caused by unsecured animals.

Health & Safety
For the safety of our team, Wellklean reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service in environments that are unsafe, hazardous, or unsanitary. This includes, but is not limited to, biohazards, pest infestations, aggressive animals, or unsafe working conditions.

Breakage & Damage
Our team takes great care during every service; however, accidental damage may occur. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Wellklean is not responsible for normal wear and tear or pre-existing damage, including items that are unstable, improperly installed, or not securely mounted.

Pricing Adjustments
Wellklean reserves the right to adjust pricing when factors impact the cost or scope of service. These factors may include, but are not limited to:

Changes in operating costs, supplies, or market conditions

Differences between the disclosed condition of the home and actual conditions at service time

Changes in service frequency, property size, or service scope
Clients will be notified of any pricing adjustments prior to service. Continued use of Wellklean services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance

Same-day cancellations or lack of access may result in a charge up to the full service amount

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future services
Payment Policy
Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods are listed on our website. Late or outstanding balances may result in service suspension.

Quality Assurance
Client feedback and communication are essential to maintaining service quality. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can review the concern. When applicable, our team may return to address the issue. Refunds or discounts are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. They may be applied toward eligible Wellklean services only. Additional charges may apply depending on service type and home condition.
Non-Solicitation of Employees
To protect our team and business operations, clients agree not to solicit or hire Wellklean employees for private services outside of Wellklean during their employment and for a period following termination. Violation of this policy may result in service termination.
Right to Refuse Service
Wellklean reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, inappropriate behavior, non-payment, or repeated violations of these terms.
Changes to Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of Wellklean services constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
